Damaged/Faulty Radiators

Where a delivered radiator is damaged, we ask that you check them over within 2 working days of their receipt and report the damage to us within that time frame. We require photographic evidence of the damage to take action, but this can follow after reporting if you do not have the opportunity to photograph them initially. Failure to report the damages within the 2 working day period will mean that we cannot provide a replacement item for the products made by Reina and DQ, and may not be able to for our other manufacturers. Each case will vary, and we will always do our utmost to provide a replacement to you.

Where a radiator has proven to be faulty, for example, it has leaked, and your radiator is still covered by its guarantee, we ask that you take a photograph of where you think the fault originates and provide as detailed a description as possible.

In all instances, we need to return the original radiator to the supplier in order to provide a replacement.

If you require a replacement immediately you have the option of purchasing a new radiator and a full refund will be given once the original radiator has been returned to the supplier it came from.

In the event that certain circumstances have resulted in more products being delivered than you have ordered, you must report this to us, and you MUST allow us to collect these items. Failure to do so will result in legal action to retrieve our legal property.

Cancellations/Returns

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the day after receipt of the goods (with the exception of made to order/ custom painted items).

Please make sure all goods are returned in the original, undamaged packaging at the cost of you, the consumer.

Any goods you wish to return that aren't faulty or weren't damaged before you received, checked and signed for the goods will be charged a standard re-stocking fee of between 25% - 50% of the total sale value of the specific goods being returned (depending on the manufacturer). In the case of made to order/ custom painted items which are not normally kept in stock by either ourselves or the manufacturer of the radiator, a varying procedure will come into effect depending upon the radiator(s) and the manufacturer in question.

Made to order/ custom painted items can not be cancelled, amended or returned once the confirmation has been received from the manufacturer this happens within 12 hours of the order being placed.

All items are subject to a strict 90-day return policy.

Warranties

We guarantee that the products will match their specifications upon delivery and will be devoid of any flaws in both detail and craftsmanship at the time of receipt.

We will not assume responsibility for slight differences between the colour chart and/or colour samples and the actual appearance of the products. Additionally, we shall bear no responsibility for any product defects stemming from any provided drawings, designs, or specifications.

We shall not be held liable for any defects resulting from fair wear and tear, deliberate damage, negligence, unusual working conditions, failure to adhere to the installation instructions (whether provided orally or in writing), misuse, or any modifications or repairs made to the products.

Next Day Radiators

Our 'Next Day Radiators' section refers to radiators which will be delivered on the following working day. For example, a radiator ordered on Friday will be dispatched and delivered on the following Monday, which is the very next working day. Please check the post codes above to see if your address is on there, there could be a delay of up to 72 hours depending on where you are in the UK

Orders on next-day radiators must be made before 12pm for us to be able to process them and relay them to our suppliers. Orders made after that time may not be processed in time to meet our suppliers' deadlines. For example, if you order a next-day radiator at 4pm on a Tuesday, it will not be processed until the following working day which is Wednesday, and it will be dispatched and delivered on Thursday.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Radiator Warehouse, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates from any third-party claims, damages, liability and/or costs (including, but not limited to legal fees), arising from, without limitation, your use of theradiatorwarehouse.com services, your breach of the Terms and Conditions, your infringement of any intellectual property right or any other right of any person or entity, or your breach of any duty of confidence or privacy, or any defamatory statements made by you in any form.

Description and Samples

All samples, drawings, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued by us and any descriptions or illustrations contained in our range are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them, they are to be used as guidance only. They will not form part of these Terms.

Technical

All technical data, measurements and outputs are in accordance with the manufacturer's terms of reference at the time of going to press. Each manufacturer reserves their rights to change, alter or discontinue products (including brackets and fixtures) as illustrated within our range. You are advised to confirm at the time of ordering that the published technical data is in our range.

Regarding pipe-centre information, specified details published on theradiatorwarehouse.com are based on estimates of the size of the valves used. Commonly, for side connections to a radiator, you estimate that you add 80mm or 90mm onto the width of the radiator, which is where the pipe centre estimates on theradiatorwarehouse.com are derived from. This is a guideline only. After receiving your radiator, to be accurate we recommend that you only install pipe work once you have received the valves. This allows you to measure the specific set of valves to be used at the site and know the exact dimension to add on to the width of the radiator. We accept no responsibility for mislaid pipework.

If you require a radiator with different connections or optional positions for plugs and bushes, you should check that these are available and the change must be specified at the time of order.

When fitting valves appropriate amounts of PTFE and care must be taken when tightening the valve as excess pressure could damage radiator paint work which can result in rust formation and leaks. We cannot be held liable for damage caused by incorrectly fitted valves or air vents.

Printing & Pricing Errors

We try to be very competitive with our prices but should a product be listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the value of the incorrect price. (Errors and Omissions Accepted).

We use professionally captured images and in some instances, photo colours are adapted for the web. We cannot be held responsible if the colour you buy is not exactly as it appears in the flesh.

All prices are in £s sterling, inclusive of VAT at 20% and exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charge is specified on the delivery section of this website.

We accept most major credit and debit cards, these include: Visa, MasterCard, Electron, Solo and Switch. We will require the cardholder's full details including name, address and telephone number as registered with the bank. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once the authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. As well as through the online payment on theradiatorwarehouse.com, we can also accept payment via telephone by credit or debit card, however, we are unable to accept payment by any other methods e.g. Cheque or postal orders. We reserve the right to cancel your order if for any reason we deem the transaction to be fraudulent and in this instance, your card will be refunded.

For our safety, before we can process an order using credit/debit cards we require a home/billing address which matches the card's details. To help prevent fraud, under no circumstances can we allow a customer to collect a radiator from any of our suppliers. Radiators must be delivered to a specified address that belongs or is affiliated with the customer, so that at a later date if anything does prove to be suspicious/fraudulent, there is a way to track those parties.
